Tuesday- Throws, Stoke Rochford 6pm - 7.30pm

Wednesday- Capes Gym, Bourne 6pm - 7.45pm

Thursday- Throws, Stoke Rochford 6pm - 7.30pm

Friday- Rest day

Saturday- Throws Stoke and/or competition 10am - 12 noon

Sunday- Rest day / juniors competitions

All coaches are welcome to attend with athletes
